Omega Clapton draws on the apophatic and contemplative prayer traditions. We are exploring what this looks like in our time and place.

Angelus Centering Prayer

Angelus hour of Midday each Thursday.

We meet each Thursday to center. Drawing on the practices of the contemplative tradition, we pray together in silence for 20 minutes. Each time we look and feel slightly different.

As the group expands, we are forming new circles across Hackney. Come along to find out more.

Wisdom School

The Wisdom School is a monthly evening event, in which a different speaker is invited to engage with a new topic that develops our understanding of ourselves, our spirituality and our common life. For the last few months we have been focusing on the power of breath.

Contemplative Mass

5pm on the last Sunday of the month

We break bread together once a month. This reflective service draws on the ancient traditions, chanting, silence and more to draw us into the heart of worship and explore the spiritual realm in new and old ways.
